And into the future!

Our weekly dances are growing... come celebrate with us. We're making this first expanded dance free for you all to come and experience the evolution. Beginning with this first kick-off event on Sat 3/1, each and every week thereafter both of our weekly dances (Saturdays AND Wednesdays) will offer the following expanded format:

-- One hour warm-up class (Contact Improv, Yoga, etc.)

-- Two hour dance journey

-- Live sound bath/integration

-- Closing circle

-- plus tea lounge and altar space

Although you are encouraged to come for the full experience, you may arrive/depart whenever you like. This is a freeform movement space. Move however you wish. You are always at choice about your participation and whether you want to remain solo or connect with other people.

​For the warm-up class, expect something like yoga, contact, qi gong, microfusion, axis syllabus, and so on. We'll have a variety of teachers each with their own passion and expertise to get you warmed up and connected for the dance journey ahead. Will be having guest DJs every other week with Daniel holding it down between them.

Enjoy a two-hour, DJ'd musical "journey". Music for the first 10-15 minutes is ambient and downtempo for you to drop in and move slowly. The tempo begins to build gradually from there reaching a peak or catharsis in the second half of the dance. Afterwards the music comes down, softening and slowing towards the end for relaxation and rest as we conclude the dance.

A variety of local (and out-of-town) sound healers and musicians/vocal artists will provide the vibrational and energetic space for integration afterwards. And we end of course with a closing circle for you to share some of your experience if you like and to make announcements and give gratitude.

In sum, the expanded version of our weekly dances will be just over 3 hours total and is inspired by other communities who've grown in this way before us.
